After over a year of coaching by Trey, my attitude about myself and my physical capabilities has shifted considerably. I started working with Trey in order to learn how to gain strength as a woman in my 30s and a few years post-mastectomy surgery. My goals were to learn how to do a pushup, how to workout in a gym, and to develop a baseline for overall strength and toning in order to "age well". Trey responds to my specific needs- he always determines where my levels are at, and meets me at them. He has a ton of knowledge and experience, and makes me feel at ease despite my skill level. Before I started training with Trey, I had no experience with working out. When I began training with Trey, everything changed. Right away he provided me with a clear plan and structure to reach my two goals of 1. Putting on muscle and 2. Getting myself in a training routine for the first time in my life. Within a few sessions I went from being completely lost in the gym to knowing and understanding what every machine and workout does. Not only did he guide me step by step through my workouts, but one of the most important things he did for me was give me a tailored diet plan that perfectly complemented my goals.
