About Me

Fitness has been an integral part of my life for over 20 years. As a former Division 1 Collegiate Athlete for 7 years, I've been exposed to the most cutting edge science and techniques for getting the most out of the body. Since starting as a personal trainer in my final year of pursuing my master's degree, I have continued my education in fitness with various certifications and combined them with the system I have used to sustain a peak physique and optimal health year round.

With certifications as an ISSA CPT, kettlebell and battlerope Living.Fit specialist, and ISSA nutritionist, I take a well-rounded approach to fitness that combines exercise, nutrition, and motivation. So my initial goals before was to gain strength with I accomplished. With the workout out plan Trey organized it was great, needed to make some adjustments here and there but I did manage to increase strength. My experience was good I am one who prefers inperson training but at the time Trey made his workout plans good and did check in on a regular bases which was great. Whenever I had issues with form in the workout plan he already had videos for form on the side for each exercise that I needed to do. I did manage to achieve a increase in strength which is one of the things I aimed for and again I am one who prefers in person training but from a remote and spread sheet stand point including check ins after each workout did help. I would definitely recommend this to others given the fact from when we first met he knew about my football injury and understand what’s going on very knowledgeable and a great person! From the period when we weren’t able to do in person training he still made it worth while

My initial goals when I had started with Trey was to fit into my clothes. I had gained weight like many people during the pandemic and needed to redevelop better habits. Trey’s workouts did that effectively through being challenging but not to the point of total collapse. He always came well-prepared and ready to offer pointers and corrections, which were important when trying to reset things. Before I started training with Trey, I had no experience with working out. I had tried a few times in the past, but I always felt lost in a gym and ended up quitting because I didn’t know where to start. When I began training with Trey, everything changed.
