Trey taught me to deadlift and squat with confidence. I started with just a very basic knowledge of how to do these lifts, and within a few months I was able to squat 2 plates and deadlift almost 3. Trey's training style involved strengthening the legs and core bit by bit, in addition to the big compound movements. I was crazy sore after every workout but it was well worth it. Trey draws from his background as an athlete to teach safe and effective exercises. He regained his strength from scratch following an ACL tear, so keeping joints free from harm and functional is a core part of his programming. Overall I could not recommend him enough.
